Refund Policy

At Paw haven customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

Refunds

Once your return request has been received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products (if applicable)

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
